HistText is a groundbreaking application developed to tackle the complex challenges of mining large-scale historical text databases. Supported by the European Research Council‘s Proof of Concept program(POC), this innovative tool bridges the gap between traditional historical research and advanced computational methods. HistText empowers researchers, historians, and students to navigate, analyze, and extract meaningful data from vast collections of historical documents. By offering a comprehensive suite of tools, including advanced text mining algorithms, named entity recognition, and powerful data visualization, HistText transforms how we interact with historical texts.
